Measurement is key to making sure we’re moving forward as organizations and a region with our efforts to remove the workforce barriers that exist for people of color and women in Colorado.

Prosper CO is working with Slalom Consulting to develop a scorecard by September 2021 that employers can use to track their metrics related to diversity in hiring and retaining employees, as well as providing them with good pay and benefits. We will also use this scorecard to track how we’re doing as a region.
